SALES POLICY
This Sales Policy applies to all purchases made from Forma Select LLC ("we", "us", "our", or "Forma Select"). By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
Incorrect size, color, or style selection
We encourage all customers to carefully review their orders, including product descriptions, sizes, colors, and quantities, before completing their purchase.
Exchanges for Forma Select Errors Only
Exchanges will only be considered in cases where an error was made by Forma Select LLC. This includes situations where:
We shipped the wrong item (incorrect product, size, or color)
The product received is defective or damaged due to a manufacturing defect
The product received does not match the description on our website
Exchange Process
If you believe you have received an incorrect or defective item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48hrs of receiving your order. To initiate an exchange request, you must:

Provide your order number and a detailed description of the error
Include photographs clearly showing the error, defect, or damage
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached
Forma Select LLC reserves the right to review all exchange requests and will determine, in our sole discretion, whether an error was made on our part. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item and will send a replacement product at no additional cost to you.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances:
Items that have been worn, used, washed, or altered
Items without original tags or packaging
Sale or clearance items
Items purchased through third-party retailers or unauthorized sellers
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
For lost shipments, please contact us if your tracking information shows the package as delivered but you have not received it. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue, though Forma Select LLC is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed for fulfillment. Order cancellations may be possible only if the request is made within 1 hour of placing the order and before the item has been shipped. Please contact us immediately at formaselect.archive@gmail.com if you need to cancel an order. Cancellation requests made after this timeframe or after the order has shipped cannot be accommodated.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to:
Provide accurate shipping and billing information
Review product details, sizing charts, and descriptions before purchasing
Verify order details before completing checkout
Inspect items upon delivery and report any errors within 7 days
Forma Select LLC is not responsible for orders placed with incorrect information provided by the customer.
